Hi there,

Even with a disability to my right arm, been playing golf with 2 hands for all my life (not as much as I wanted, but still). Getting older, started to have more difficulties with my right arm and had to change my grip to avoid pain. Nowadays, getting worst... So to be able to swing, need to have a 1-2 inches gap between my 2 hands which makes the swing a bit awkward and I've also lost yardage as well.

I've seen 1 arm swing videos with both lead and trail arms. Using my left arm with my lefty golf clubs would make me a trail arm swinger... would have to get a right handed golf set to be a lead arm swinger.

I would like one handed swingers feedback (given your experience). I am wondering what would be the advantages / inconvenients of both swings. distance-wise, precision-wise etc... Did you try both and why went one way over the other...

Thanks!

Hey man Thanks for posting In my opinion: most people are not both Backhander or forehander /lead arm or trail arm It’s one or the other I would recommend you use your current golf clubs and figure out which way works best for you I will say one armed golf is significantly different from two arm golf
