**Rounds of golf will be available for $20 cart fee after lunch**
**FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR GOLFERS AND VOLUNTEERS…
*Please do not attend if you are experiencing symptoms or if you or someone in your household has tested positive for COVID 19
*Please bring a caregiver with you should you require assistance that requires physical touch. Our volunteers will not be able to help with transfers, etc.
*Please bring your own clubs if you are able, we will be limiting use of shared equipment and sanitizing between use.
*Participants are asked to refrain from physical contact such as hugs, handshakes, fist bumps, high fives, etc.
*Masks are strongly encouraged, but optional. Please practice social distancing (6 feet apart) during clinic.
*Please observe any ropes, barriers or other safety information placed to encourage social distancing at the clinic.
