We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy before registering for an event.
Registration Fees
Your registration reserves a place in the event and allows us to plan for facilities, staffing, meals, materials, and other event-related expenses.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
- 30 or more days before the event: Full refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us.
- 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees.
- 14 days or fewer before the event: No refunds.
Payment Processing Fees
Online payment processors charge non-refundable transaction fees for every registration. These fees are not returned to us when a registration is refunded.
Accordingly, all approved refunds will be reduced by the actual non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by the event organizer.
Transfers
Registrant substitutions or transfers to another eligible participant may be permitted up to 7 days before the event, subject to organizer approval. No additional registration fee will be charged for an approved transfer.
Event Cancellation
If the event is canceled by the organizer, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee, including any payment processing fees paid by the registrant.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled, registrations will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund in accordance with this policy unless otherwise stated.
Weather and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
The event may proceed despite adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Unless the organizer cancels the event, this refund policy remains in effect.
